NOTICE FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENT IN FUNDAMENTAL ATTRIBUTE OF THE CONSTITUTIVE DOCUMENT OF ASKARI CASH FUND – ACF
(FORMERLY ASKARI SOVEREIGN CASH FUND)
Notice is hereby given to the Unit Holders of Askari Cash Fund that the management company (Pak Oman Asset Management Company Limited, POAMCL), with the consent of CDC Trustee (Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited) has proposed the following amendment to the Replacement Offering Document of Askari Cash Fund – ACF (Formerly Askari Sovereign Cash Fund). Consent of the Commission has also been granted for the amendment.
Existing:
“Part 6 of Authorized Investment table under Clause 2.1.1 allows asset manager to take a total asset class exposure in COI/COM/COD to the extent of 50% of the Net Assets of the fund with minimum entity rating of AAA for NBFC and Modaraba and others”.
Proposed Amendment:
“Amendment of part 6 of Authorized Investment table under Clause 2.1.1 with minimum entity rating for placement of COD/COM/COI to AAA for NBFC and Modaraba and AA for others”.
The above proposed amendment will be effective from Friday, 3rd December, 2020
