Anas Asad

Mr. Anas Asad is currently serving as Manager – Finance at Pak Oman Asset Management Company Limited, where he is responsible for overseeing key financial operations and ensuring compliance with applicable financial reporting and regulatory frameworks.

He possesses strong professional experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and financial controls, particularly within the asset management and financial services sector. In his role, he actively manages financial reporting for mutual funds.

Mr. Anas was previously associated with RSM Avas Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants, a member firm of RSM International, where he served in various audit roles including Senior Auditor, Supervisory Senior Auditor and Assistant Manager Finance. During his tenure, he was involved in audit and assurance engagements of prominent clients across insurance, mutual funds, modarabas, brokerage houses, manufacturing entities, and financial institutions. He has hands-on experience in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).

Mr. Anas is a CA Finalist from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and an ACCA Finalist. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Karachi.

He is recognized for his analytical approach, strong financial acumen, and commitment to maintaining high standards of governance, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
