Mr. Talha is an experienced risk management and assurance professional, who has been serving MENA region for last 16 years. He currently sits in the Board of Pak Oman Asset Management Company as Non Executive independent Director and Audit & Risk Committee Member.

Mr. Talha started his career with Ernst & Young Business Risk Services and post completion of his CA Articles, joined Deloitte & Touche Middle East Abu Dhabi serving public sector entities. Mr. Talha brings in 10 years of industry experience with UAE Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) and International Hydrocarbon
company gaining hand-on experience of setting up and advising Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Governance and Internal Audit functions.

Mr. Talha is PECB Certified Trainer and holds International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management, Certification in Risk Management Assurance, Certified Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor for ISO 22301. He is also Affiliate with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Certified Director with Securities and Exchange Commission.

The DCRO institute has awarded the Certificate in Risk Governance to Mr. Talha on the completion of Board Members’ Course on Risk, which is an intensive program aimed at enhancing risk governance at the board level.
