Economy

Annual Plan targets 4.2 percent growth

The government is to project 3.4 percent growth in agriculture, 3.1 percent in industry and 5 percent in services during the financial year 2011-12. Three rates of GST to be adopted in next budget

At least 4 killed in PNS Mehran base explosions

Militants attacked PNS Mehran naval aviation base at Shahrah e Faisal on Sunday, killing at least four people, officials said.
